AREOLA PIGMENTATION

Mamilla or nipple pigmentation is an important part of modern breast implantation. It finishes the reconstructed chest to look natural. The aim of breast implantation is to balance the patient's overall appearance with the natural appearance. Pigmentation is not just cosmetic but also affects the patient's self-image.

The breast implant comprises the pigmentation of the nipple and the nippy tunic which mimics any existing nipples and nipples that exist in the other chest. In cases where both breasts have been constructed in plastic surgeons, the pigmentation will naturally settle at the sites where the plastic surgeon is before the pigmentation procedure.

Breast support can be done when all the corrective remedies have been completed and scars have improved. Pigmentation requires two visits with a recommended interval of about 4-6 weeks. With skin regeneration, breast augmentation fades. Increase may be necessary every 3-6 years. The skin regeneration process is very individual so it is difficult to determine the precise timeline.
